Jumpstart Program

(Grades 3–5)

Build the Foundation.

Our Jumpstart Program is designed specifically for youth athletes in grades 3 through 5. At this critical stage, we focus on long-term athletic development (LTAD) and physical literacy—teaching the body how to move, balance, land, jump, sprint, and change direction with control and confidence. By building gross motor skills through play-based and structured movement, our goal is to lay a rock-solid foundation that supports success in any sport.

Every session is designed to be high-energy, age-appropriate, and fun—because when kids love to move, they’ll move more and move better.

Bridge Program

(Grades 6–8)

Bridge the Gap. Build the Athlete.

Our middle school athletes are entering a vital developmental window where the right training sets the stage for future athletic success. The Bridge Program does exactly what its name implies: it bridges the gap between general movement and advanced training.

We focus on mastering the fundamental movement patterns—squat, hinge, push, pull, carry, and core stability—using bodyweight, dumbbells, and introductory barbell work.

Our goal is simple: by the time these athletes enter high school, they will be proficient, confident, and prepared for any varsity weight room in the country. This program is where athletic potential is shaped and set on a path for long-term performance.

Blue Chip Program

(Grades 9–12)

Train Like a Pro. Perform Like a Champion.

The Blue Chip Program is our premier high school training system—where strength meets science. Here, we elevate performance through progressive strength training, speed development, and explosive power work, all grounded in proven athletic performance methodology.

What sets this program apart is our integration of sports science and technology, including real-time feedback tools that allow athletes to track their progress, monitor bar speed, and optimize every rep.

Athletes in the Blue Chip Program are treated like the elite competitors they aspire to be. This is where high-level training meets high-level accountability—and results follow.
