Speed and Agility
Speed and functional training focusing on the following: Acceleration, Deceleration, Linear and Lateral Movement Techniques, Running Mechanics, Footwork.
Offered Mon/Wed/Fri 5-6pm
6 sessions: $140 ($23 a session)
12 sessions: $240 ($20 a session)
Jump Training
This vertical jump class is designed to enhance an individual's ability to jump vertically, focusing on improving lower body strength, explosive power, and overall athleticism. The class typically incorporates a combination of targeted exercises, drills, and techniques to optimize vertical jumping performance. (This training is more individualised and classes will be kept to 10 athletes maximum)

Strength Training
This class will focus on enhancing muscular strength and endurance through a variety of resistance exercises. This class designed to help participants build muscle, improve overall body strength, and boost metabolism. (This training is more individualised and classes will be kept to 10 athletes maximum)

ADULT BOOTCAMP/CIRCUIT TRAINING
THIS CLASS will guide you through a dynamic combination of cardiovascular exercises, strength training, and bodyweight movements. Boost your metabolism, build lean muscle, and improve your cardiovascular health. Get ready to sweat, burn calories, and leave feeling accomplished and energized.
